Lauren Preskitt Hall, Ed.S, NCC

Hello Wildcat family! My name is Lauren Hall and I am a school counselor by heart and trade. I have served as school counselor Double Churches Elementary since 2008. I earned a BS in psychology from Furman University in Greenville, SC, in 2004, and then an M. Ed. in school counseling from Columbus State University in 2008. I completed my Ed.S. in school counseling at Valdosta State University in 2020.  I grew up in the MCSD school system as an elementary and middle school student. I am a Nationally Certified Counselor and member of the American School Counselor Association, as well as the Georgia School Counselor Association. Outside of school walls, I'm a wife and mother of 1 boy and 3 girls (including identical twins), as well as 2 rescue pups. I'm a lover of word puzzles, Jeopardy, reading, writing, travel, gardening, yoga, and I'm a recovering motorcyclist. I look forward to meeting and serving you as elementary school students and can't wait to watch you grow!
