Focus on feeling ANXIOUS

Do you ever feel anxious or worried? If so, what makes you feel that way? Talk to your grown ups about the things that worry you, and write them down if you can. Let your grown ups help you decide which of your worries are kid sized problems that you can solve either by yourself, or with a little help from someone else. Any worries that are grown up sized problems or things that no one can control, you can scratch out and remind yourself that those worries aren't within your control. You wouldn't keep clothes that don't fit your size, so don't keep worries that aren't your size. Give those worries to somebody else!
